LY-G40 is a water-soluble polymer material, which is mainly used in the coating process of papermaking to improve the rheology of the coating.

Application

◆ As a coating rheology modifier, LY-G40 can make the polymer and pigment in the coating couple well, thereby reducing the viscosity of the coating, increasing the solid content of the coating, and promoting the rheology of the coating. The amount of lubricants and other auxiliaries can reduce the cost of coating.

◆ LY-G40 can be directly added to the coating color paste. According to the different coating color paste components, the recommended addition amount is 0.1%~0.5%.

Safety and Labor Protection

◆ LY-G40 is a non-flammable, non-toxic, harmless, safe and environmentally friendly product;

◆ Follow the general labor protection measures when taking it. Once inhaled or ingested, it should be rinsed with clean water immediately. In case of leakage, it can be covered with sand and collected, or rinsed with water.

Storage and packaging

◆ In the original packaging, store in a ventilated and dry warehouse, the storage temperature is 4℃~40℃, and the shelf life is 12 months;

◆ It should be kept away from heat sources and direct sunlight during storage, so as to avoid excessive evaporation of moisture and deterioration;

◆ Frozen at low temperature will affect normal use. Frozen products can be used normally after they are thawed under normal storage conditions;

◆ LY-G40 is packed in 50L, 120L, 200L, 1000L plastic barrels.
